Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Deadline: 10 October 2026


Selected contributions from AFMSD 2026 will be considered for publication in regular issues of Physica Status Solidi (b) and Chemistry – An Asian Journal, Subject to the regular peer-review standards and editorial criteria of the respective journals.
The abstract should not exceed 200 words. and it should clearly present the research objectives, methodology, key findings/results, and major conclusions.
The research should demonstrate relevance to AFMSD themes.
Submissions must be original and free from plagiarism, with a similarity index preferably below 10%. All abstracts will be reviewed based on originality, novelty, scientific/technical quality, methodological rigour, relevance, and potential contribution to sustainable development.
Accepted abstracts will be considered for Oral or Poster Presentation. Fee submission allowed after the abstract acceptance.
Detailed presentation guidelines will be communicated to accepted authors.
Following abstract acceptance and registration, authors may submit a full-length research paper for further consideration.
Full-paper submission is not mandatory for participation or presentation at the conference.
At least one author must register and present the accepted paper at the conference for inclusion in the AFMSD-2026 conference proceedings and, where applicable, for consideration for journal publication/ recommendation.
